Mocha Breakfast Muffins

makes 12 muffins

what you need

6 scoops of Creatine Coffee
5 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup Kodiack Cakes Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
1 cup flour
½ cup light brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¾  tsp salt
¼  cup cocoa powder
¾  cup chocolate chips
¾  cups nonfat milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ unsweetened apple sauce
6 tbs egg whites


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is preheating, mix all dry ingredients together with the exception of the chocolate chips. Set aside.

Mix all the wet whisk together the wet eggs, vanilla, milk and vinegar in a separate bowl.
Add together the wet ingredients, the dry ingredients and the applesauce and mix thoroughly. Lastly fold in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into lined muffin tin. Batter should be filled to the top of each tin. Place in preheated oven for 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffin comes out clean.
