3 scoops of Creatine Coffee
6 large heirloom tomatoes
10 cloves of garlic
2 large Priscilla chilies
1 small red onion
5 tbs almonds
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbs olive oil
1 cup hot water

½ cup low sodium chicken stock

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put garlic cloves still in the skin into the oven for 20 minutes, or until they have begun to turn brown in color. Remove from oven and set aside.

Place the Priscilla chilies in oven for 4 minutes or until they puff up. Remove from oven and set aside. Set oven to broil.

Place tomatoes in oven until the skin starts to blister up and begin to have some blackened spots. Remove from oven and set aside with garlic and peppers.

Dice red onion and then sauté in olive oil until translucent in a large frying pan. Remove skin from garlic then add to frying pan along with peppers and tomatoes, almonds, oregano, and chicken stock.

Dissolve Creatine Coffee powder in the cup of hot water then add to frying pan. Bring to boil then cover and let simmer for 25 mins. Transfer sauce to a blender and purée to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
