Creatine Coffee Chilaquiles

what you need

Creatine Coffee Mole
14 corn tortillas
1 half pound package of pre-shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups black beans (soaked overnight)
1 cup olive oil
1 bay leaf
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
4 cups water
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Directions

Add black beans, water, bay leaf, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin into medium sauce pan. Bring water to boil then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook until most of the water has dissolved, stirring frequently.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut corn tortillas into strips. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and lightly fry tortilla strips. Place cooked tortillas on paper towel, or drying rack.
When beans are finished cooking assemble your chilaquiles in casserole dish by first layering the bottom of the dish with Luavive’s Creatine Coffee Mole, then a layer or fried tortillas, then a layers of black beans then a layer of cheese. Repeat the layers one more time ending with the cheese again.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Remove and enjoy!
