I get it, it’s 2016 and everyone gets a trophy. I also get that everyone shouldn’t flip the monopoly board in a fit of rage just because they didn’t lock down park place and they sense an inevitable loss. But, there has to be a middle ground between pushover and sore loser. Competition, especially in the gym can drive great results when done smartly. Wanting to be better than the person that you were yesterday is the single greatest force to keep you from mediocrity. It isn’t about not being content; it is simply about demanding more of yourself.
