I’ve tried… seriously. Nutrition is the base of your fitness. People always want to know how many calories a specific item has in it so they can approximate how much they will have to work to burn it. This is flawed. First of all, the amount of work to burn it off is way more than most people think and they truly wont put in the effort. Second, you’re not a dog so don’t reward yourself with food. Third, focus on the quality of calories instead of the amount, your food will fuel your fitness not act as an obstacle.
