Ask yourself these questions. Am I stronger, faster or better than I was last year? Am I making any progress or has my time in the gym produced the same results as a hamster wheel? Lots of energy burned, not so much progress. I have fallen into that routine myself. At one point I realized I had essentially been curling the same weight for the same sets and reps for two years! If that’s you, save yourself. Figure out a way to measure and quantify your results and then find a linear progression to make them better!
