Use your fitness

I’ll be the first to admit, I love the gym. I’ve burned whole days either working on a new skill set or just working demons out on a bad day because everyone knows the iron is way cheaper than therapy. Where a gym falls short however, is its ability to challenge you in a dynamic situation. Things like hiking, rock climbing, biking etc.… all force you to not only battle the pain but also the elements. Consider stepping outside of the box and watch your fitness grow to new levels as you take on new challenges.
