Recovery is king

Recovery is the holy grail of human performance because it is the one limiting factor that, if dialed in correctly, has the ability to exponentially increase training volume, resulting in an exponential increase in athletic ability. There are a ton of factors to consider between trigger point therapy, sleep, supplementation, food, massage, the list goes on and on and although daunting at times, the closer you are to finding the perfect work to recovery ratio, the more of a leg up you’ll have on the competition but more importantly, the quicker you can get back to work (insert cunning wink.)
