Bodybuilders think CrossFitters are small. CrossFitters think powerlifters are deconditioned. Powerlifters think runners are crazy. The list goes on and on, everyone projecting their own view of fitness superiority on the next. We want to know the same thing as 70’s punk band WAR wants to know; “Why can’t we be friends?” (insert melody) It’s not that you should like what the other person is doing. It’s that you should respect it enough to want to learn from it. Every modality has it’s own high points that could be invaluable in helping you reach new levels in your pursuit.
